Tenant Portal
Your rent account, in the tenant portal.
Current tenants sign in with the email address we have on file. We send a 6-digit code to that address; there is no password to remember. In the portal you can see your balance and what is due, read your lease and documents, request a repair, and turn text messages on or off.
How to pay your rent
Pay online in the tenant portal by bank account or card. Your portal shows your current balance and what is due, so you can check it before you pay, and you get a receipt by email. There is no extra charge for paying online.
If you have a housing voucher, you pay only your share of the rent; the housing authority pays the rest to us directly.
